Frequently Asked Questions

All products displayed on this website and sold by dishouwdt have been manufactured with care and are subject to strict quality control standards. If a customer is not satisfied with the product and gives notice thereof within seven days of receipt of this product, the product will either be replaced or repaired. If dishouwdt is unable to repair the product within a reasonable time period or to replace the product, a full refund of the product will be made

Items should be returned within 7 working days after delivery. All transport fees for items returned will be on the customer’s account. 

All our products are manufactured to specified measurement guidelines. We will however provide you with measurements of the products you ordered for you to ascertain beforehand if the products will fit your need.

Due to the nature of wood and the dry Namibian weather, it is every customers own responsibility to apply the necessary precautionary techniques e.g. staining and varnishing etc.  to ascertain durability.
