All prices listed in our stores are in Namibian Dollars and are valid only within Namibia.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments can be made using all major debit or credit cards, or via EFT.
For EFT payments, orders will be processed only after proof of payment is sent to the applicable branch: windhoek@dh.com.na or swakopmund@dh.com.na
Clients must retain their invoices/slips, as no returns or refunds will be processed without the original invoice/slip.
Dishouwdt does not take responsibility for payments or information intercepted by third parties during transactions.

All orders are confirmed through our sales department.
Final order details must be finalized within 3 days of payment.
Orders will be processed and communicated after full payment has been made.

Cancellations made after 2 days of payment are eligible for only a 50% refund.
If no work has started on an order within 2 days, a 10% handling fee will be charged for cancellations.
Orders canceled more than 2 days after payment will only be eligible for a 10% refund, though special arrangements can be made under certain circumstances.

Changes made to an order within 2 days of placement will incur additional charges.
Prices for changes to original designs will range from 50% to 80% of the original order price.

All deliveries are arranged at the client’s expense.
Delivery fees will vary based on location and the size of the order.
Clients will be informed of delivery costs at the time of purchase.
Dishouwdt is not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation by third-party delivery services or the client’s own transport.
Clients are encouraged to ensure that their items are properly secured and protected during transit.
We recommend discussing any specific delivery requirements with our team prior to arranging transportation.

If a customer is dissatisfied with an item, Dishouwdt will make every effort to resolve the issue at no additional cost. If the customer remains dissatisfied, the item may be returned, with a 20% handling fee charged (subject to adjustment based on circumstances).
Returns will not be accepted if dissatisfaction is due to incorrect information provided by the client.

Any defective products will be repaired or replaced by Dishouwdt.
If the client opts for a refund on a defective product, a 20% handling fee will apply (subject to adjustment based on circumstances).

Some of our products is delicate and should be handled with care to ensure its longevity.
Dishouwdt is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper use of the products.
Items are vulnerable to water damage, and clients should ensure proper protection.
The dry Namibian climate can affect wooden products, and clients are responsible for maintaining their items.
Dishouwdt is not responsible for cracks or splits caused by lack of maintenance.

We strive to keep a wide range of wood products and accessories in stock.
Stock availability may vary due to high demand.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date.
Special orders can be placed based on client requests.
For specific items not in stock, our team will work with you to source and fulfill your order efficiently.
